Delivery time
We aim to ship orders within 1-5 business days from the order date. We try to remove temporarily out-of-stock products from the online store,but if a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. We send the entire order as soon as we receive the missing product, or if a product is out of stock for a longer period of time and we cannot get more of it within a reasonable time, the order can be delivered in parts. We aim to deliver orders complete.
Product exchange or return
The customer is always responsible for the costs of exchanging or returning the product if the product is not defective.Returns and exchanges must take place within 14 days of picking up the product. Return of a defective product
All returns must always be agreed with the merchant in advance. The complaint period after picking up the product is 14 days. The merchant will not reimburse the costs incurred for the return, unless the return has first been agreed with the merchant.
Shipments broken during delivery
Unfortunately, despite the careful packaging of the Post and Transport Services, it is not always possible to deliver packages intact. For this reason, it is good to check the condition of the package and any damage in the package already when picking up the shipment. If the shipment has been damaged in transit by the Post Office or a transport service, make a damage report IMMEDIATELY upon collection. Also contact the merchant, and we will agree on the delivery of the new product. All orders are subject to a seven-day right of return for unopened packages in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
